Where is your showroom located?

What is the cost for a design consultation?
The design consultation is FREE. There is no cost for a design consultant to come out to your home, show samples, advise, measure and provide a same-day quote.

Can you really manufacture and install custom window treatments within a 3-day time period?
Yes! We manufacture roller shades on site and can install them in 3 business days. For all other products, we will coordinate with our vendors to give you the fastest installation possible.

How do I obtain pricing?

Can we work within my budget?
Yes, we strive to offer the best possible value for our clients. Your budget can be discussed with your design consultant, who will recommend the best possible solution for you.

Do you have financing available?
Yes — we do offer 6 months no interest financing thru Synchrony bank.

Is it true that window treatments can help lower energy bills?
Yes. Light control can reduce heat and help insulate in the colder months. Your design consultant will recommend the best product for your needs.

Do you make your products?
Yes, we manufacture our own roller shades in our Los Angeles factory. We also offer products from other manufacturers, in order to give you the widest variety possible.

How do you select the right window treatments for me?
We know there are a lot of choices out there and selecting the right treatment for your windows can be tough. That’s what we are here for. Let one of our expert design consultants help you select the perfect window treatment for your home.

Which window treatments best fit with my décor?
Your Design Consultant will survey your home, listen to your needs and recommend the best possible window treatments to fit your home.

Do you offer products that are safe for children and pets?
Yes, we offer many functional and beautiful cordless and motorized window treatments. LA Custom Blinds is committed to the safety of your pets and children. All of our products are manufactured in conformance with the current voluntary American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Child Safety Standards.

I have arch windows in my home, can those be covered?
LA Custom Blinds offers solutions for arches, circle and other specialty shape windows in many of our most popular products.

I work at night and sleep during the day, do you have something that can block light during the day?
Yes, we offer a wide range of room darkening solutions for day sleepers.

What will my window treatments look like from my neighbors’ point of view, from the street?
In most cases, they will look the same as they do on the inside but there are options to have a different, outward facing look, i.e., a plain solid backing on a patterned fashion fabric.

I purchased blinds from you several years ago. Who do I call if I need one repaired?
